Where first production runs fail, and what we do about it

Sample-to-bulk problems usually come from fit drift, a waistband that stretches out, or fabric that does not recover after washing. AQL inspection checks visible defects only, so we test recovery separately.

Waistband elastic comes from a designated supplier. The spec sheet ships with your goods.

Before You Order

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

We wash-test elastic recovery on the actual production fabric before cutting and send you the report. Waistband elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and your sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch. AQL inspection catches visible defects but does not measure recovery, so we test it separately.

What is your minimum order quantity?

50 pieces per style, per colour, with sizes mixed freely. The sample fee is credited back in full against your first bulk order.

Do I need a tech pack to get a quote?

No. A photo, a link, or a sample you already sell is enough to start. We will write the spec sheet with you and send it back for approval.

How long does sampling take?

7–10 days for a fit sample once fabric is confirmed, plus shipping to you.

Do you handle shipping and duties?

Yes. DDP to your door with duties paid, or FOB if you have your own freight forwarder. Both are quoted before you commit.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due only after you approve inspection. Sample fees are credited back in full against your first bulk order.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are the manufacturer. Pattern grading is done in-house on our own CAD system, woven labels are produced in-house, and you deal with the same named contact from quote to delivery.

How much does it cost to get custom bras or briefs made?

Unit price depends on cup construction, fabric and trims, so we quote from your reference or tech pack: fabric options, a unit price and a sample date within 24 hours. The sample fee is credited back in full against your first bulk order.

What fabrics do you work with?

Cotton, modal and microfibre are the core fabrics, with lace and mesh trims on bras and briefs. Tell us the feel and price point you want and we will suggest options from what we run.

How does your quality control process work?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on production fabric before cutting. Each lot then gets an AQL inspection with measurements logged, and you receive the report. The 70% balance is due only after you approve it.

Can you work under our label and sign an NDA?

Yes. All orders run under your label, and we sign an NDA before you share a tech pack. Nothing we make for you appears in our catalog.

What goes into the manufacturing cost of a bra or underwear?

Four main cost drivers: fabric (typically 40–55% of unit cost), trim and hardware — underwires, clasps, woven labels — (15–20%), cut and sew labour (25–35%), and overhead. Premium materials like recycled nylon or seamless knit push fabric cost up; simple designs in standard stretch fabric keep it lower. We itemise every cost on the quote so you can see exactly where the money goes.
