Four-way stretch lace in floral and geometric patterns. Used for full-lace bodies, bralette cups and side panels. Edge finish to your spec: scalloped lace edge, lace trim or elastic.

Power Mesh & Sheer

Fine-gauge power mesh and sheer nylon for see-through panels and backing layers. Available in nude, black and colours matched to your swatch.

Satin & Charmeuse

Stretch satin and charmeuse for cups, gusset panels and bows. Smooth hand-feel with a subtle sheen. Paired with matte elastic for contrast.

What to specify on lace and sheer styles

Most second sample rounds on lace and sheer styles come from details that were not on the first sheet. Send these six and we can quote and sample in one pass. No tech pack yet? A reference photo is enough to start.

1. Lace or mesh reference

Pattern code, a swatch or a photo, plus the stretch direction you want across the garment.

2. Edge and trim finish

Scalloped lace edge, lace trim, elastic or picot, and where each one sits.

3. Lining in sheer areas

Which areas are fully sheer, which are lined, and the lining fabric and colour.

4. Colour and shade matching

Pantone code or physical swatch for lace, mesh and elastic, so all three are matched together.

5. Hardware and details

Hooks, adjusters, bows, ties and charms, with finish and position.

6. Fit and size chart

Size range, base size, key measurements and the tolerance you accept.

How we keep lace lingerie bulk the same as your sample

With delicate fabrics the usual complaint is elastic that stretches out or does not recover after washing. We treat that as a separate step from the visible-defect check.

Recovery is tested before we cut

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts. AQL inspection at the end checks visible defects.

Elastic from one designated supplier

The spec sheet ships with your goods, so your next reorder can be matched exactly.

Same batch as your sample

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

What is your MOQ for sexy and lace lingerie?

Can you work from a reference photo instead of a tech pack?

Yes. Send reference images and describe the fabric and fit you want, and we will propose fabrics and a unit price. A tech pack speeds up the first sample but is not required.

How much does it cost to manufacture lace lingerie?

Unit price depends on the lace or mesh, the construction and the trims, so we quote from your reference: fabric options, a unit price and a delivery window within 24 hours.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

ODM samples take 7 to 10 days and new OEM patterns 10 to 14 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Do you protect my design?

Yes. We sign an NDA before spec review, and your design is not shown to other buyers.

Do you make matching sets?

Yes. Bra and brief are graded together so lace, elastic and colour match across every size.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

Both. We quote FOB Shanghai, or DDP delivered to your door, whichever suits your import set-up.

What styles of sexy lingerie can you make?

Bralette and panty sets, teddies and bodysuits, babydolls and chemises, strappy and harness-style pieces, lace robes and kimonos, and camisole and shortie sets. We work in stretch lace, power mesh, satin and sheer fabrics. If you have a style that does not fit one of these categories, send a reference image and we will confirm whether we can make it.

Can I start with a small trial run before committing to a full launch?

Yes. 50 pcs per style per colour is our standard MOQ and it is designed to work as a trial run. We lock the spec at your approved sample, so an exact reorder can be placed any time without another sampling round. Many brands start with 50 pcs of one or two styles, test them in market, and then scale the next order.
