Compression sports bras press both breasts against the chest as one unit, effective for smaller cup sizes at low to medium impact. Encapsulation bras hold each breast separately in its own cup structure, providing independent support that works across a wider cup range and at higher impact levels. Many of our high-impact styles combine both: compression lining inside an encapsulation outer shell.

Yes. Seamless knit styles are available as part of our ODM library. For OEM orders, we offer laser-cut edges and flat-lock seaming to reduce pressure points. Let us know the construction priority, minimal seams for feel, or bonded edges for shape, and we’ll recommend the right method.

Yes. Most of our medium-impact styles include a pocket for removable foam cups. Padding thickness ranges from 3 mm to 12 mm. For high-impact styles without underwire, we typically go with a fixed moulded cup for structural integrity, but can add a removable pad pocket on request.

ODM samples take 7 to 10 days and new OEM patterns 10 to 14 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Yes. We sign an NDA before spec review, and your design is not shown to other buyers.

Four options at standard MOQ: (1) Pantone solid colour. Performance fabric dyed to any Pantone TPX/TCX code, no tooling cost; (2) all-over digital print (AOP) on nylon / elastane panels before cut-and-sew, unlimited colours; (3) placement print or embroidery for a brand logo on front, back, strap or underband; (4) custom woven label, care label and packaging to your spec. Send your colour references and artwork files with your enquiry and we will include all customisation options in the quote.

Yes. Our standard size range is XS to 3XL, graded in-house on our CAD system. For medium and high-impact styles in larger sizes, we use a wider underband, stronger elastic, and either full encapsulation construction or a combined compression-plus-encapsulation shell. Include your full size run when you enquire and we will confirm grading feasibility and construction recommendation before sampling.

We cover all three support tiers. Low-impact: bralette and crop-top styles in stretch fabric, suited to yoga and pilates. Medium-impact: racerback and cross-back styles with a moulded or contour pad, suited to cycling and gym. High-impact: encapsulation styles with underwire and two-part cups, or compression styles with a wide underband and power-mesh panel, suited to running and HIIT. Front-zip, longline and tank-bra hybrids are also available from our pattern library.

Nylon-elastane (80/20 or 78/22) is the industry standard: high stretch recovery, moisture-wicking and holds its shape after repeated washing. Polyester-elastane is a lower-cost alternative with good durability but slightly less recovery. For premium yoga and low-impact styles, four-way stretch supplex or recycled nylon (e.g. ECONYL) adds a sustainability story. Power mesh is used for ventilation panels in high-impact styles.
