About the facility

Our factory is located in Shuyang, Jiangsu Province, one of China’s principal textile and garment manufacturing cities, with direct access to the Yangtze River Delta fabric and trim supply chain. The proximity to mills in the Yangtze River Delta reduces fabric lead times and makes in-person quality checks at the mill practical.

The production floor covers bras, bralettes, briefs, boxer briefs and bodysuits. Pattern grading is done in-house on our own CAD system, and we do not outsource this step. Woven labels are produced in-house, which means label lead times do not depend on a third-party supplier.

Shipping is FOB from Shanghai Port or Ningbo Port. DDP (door-to-door) is also available for buyers who prefer a fully-landed cost.

Why this factory

Why buyers order direct from here, not through an agent

Six things that are different when you deal with the factory directly.

Direct manufacturer

We own the production floor in Shuyang. No agent markup, no middleman delay. The price you receive is the factory price — not a quoted price with a sourcing commission built in.

50 pcs minimum, no style bundling

50 pieces per style per colour. You do not have to order across multiple categories to hit a factory floor minimum. One style, one colour qualifies.

In-house woven labels

We produce woven labels on site. This removes the 3–5 days most factories lose waiting for labels from a separate trimming supplier, which shortens your actual lead time.

In-house CAD pattern grading

Patterns are graded in-house to your approved measurement chart. We do not use a generic block grade and adjust to fit — every size is graded from your spec, which is why reorder fit is consistent.

One contact from quote to delivery

You deal with one named contact across sampling, production confirmation and shipping. No handoffs between departments. If something changes on our side, you hear about it directly.

FOB Shanghai or Ningbo

We ship FOB from both ports. If your forwarder has a better rate from one or the other is congested, we route accordingly. DDP to your door is also available for smaller orders.

Our Factory Overlock Machine

Sewing Department

110 Sewing Machines

66 lockstitch, 24 overlock, 11 flatlock and 9 specialty machines (bartack, button, buttonhole and elastic). Stitch quality is checked by line supervisors during production.

Quality Control Process

Every bulk order goes through four checkpoints before it leaves the factory.

1

Fabric Inspection

Each fabric roll inspected on a light table for shade variation, width consistency and surface defects before cutting.

2

Inline QC

Spot checks during sewing: stitch density, seam strength, cup symmetry and label placement checked against the approved spec sheet.

3

End-of-Line AQL

AQL 2.5 inspection on finished goods. Measurements, appearance and packaging checked against the production spec.

4

QC Report & Photos

Written QC report and packing photos sent to you before shipment. We do not ship before you have reviewed the report.

Skilled Workforce

150 Staff, 15 Years Making Underwear

92 of our 150 staff work on the sewing floor. Senior operators handle complex lace seaming and trim attachment.

Our Factory Sewing Hands

Fabrics and material sourcing

Our factory draws from the Yangtze River Delta mill cluster. A dense concentration of knit-fabric and trim suppliers.

Cotton & Modal

Sourced from Yangtze River Delta mills. Organic cotton is available on request for brands with organic labelling requirements.

Nylon & Spandex

Performance knit fabrics from Yangtze Delta mills. Warp-knitted and circular-knit constructions are both available depending on the garment type. Recycled nylon is available on request.

Certification Requirements

If your EU or UK market has compliance requirements, tell us at the inquiry stage and we will confirm the certification status of each fabric before sampling.

Our Factory Label Machine

Label Weaving

In-House Jacquard Loom

Custom woven labels on site. No outsourced trim. Faster lead time and tighter quality control.

3

Sample in 7 to 10 days

Custom-pattern OEM samples take 10 to 14 days.

4

Beyond AQL: keeping bulk the same as your sample

AQL inspection checks what you can see. The next three steps cover what you cannot see at inspection.

1

Recovery is tested before we cut

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts.

2

Elastic from one designated supplier

The spec sheet ships with your goods, so your next reorder can be matched exactly.

3

Same batch as your sample

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

What buyers say about working with the factory

Three buyers from three different markets. All started with a sample order.

“

We had used a sourcing agent before and the experience was fine, but we never knew if the prices were real or padded. Going direct to the factory meant we got the actual cost breakdown. The sample arrived in eight days. What convinced us to switch was getting a named contact who answered questions the same day — not a ticketing system.

“

The third order is always the test. The first two deliveries were good — the third order showed whether the factory could hold the colour and the measurements. Ours matched. That is not easy with stretch fabrics. The AQL report came before we were asked to pay the balance, which I appreciated.

“

We visited the factory before placing our first bulk order. The production floor was what the photos showed — which is not always the case. The QC team walked us through the inline checks live. That visit made the decision easy. We have since added three styles to our range and all have been produced here.

Questions buyers ask about the factory

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We run our own production floor in Shuyang, grade patterns in-house on our own CAD system and produce woven labels in-house. You deal with one named contact from quote to delivery.

Where is the factory?

In Shuyang, Jiangsu Province, China, inside the Yangtze River Delta textile cluster. We ship FOB from Shanghai or Ningbo.

Who grades your patterns?

We do, in-house on our own CAD system. It is not outsourced, so the size run is built from one base pattern.

What QC standard do you work to?

AQL 2.5 inspection on finished goods, with a written QC report before shipment. Elastic recovery is also wash-tested on the production fabric before cutting.

What is your minimum order?

50 pieces per style per colour, with sizes mixed freely across the run.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

ODM samples take 7 to 10 days and new OEM patterns 10 to 14 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign an NDA before spec review, and your design is not shown to other buyers.

Can I visit the factory or arrange a third-party audit?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our Shuyang factory. Third-party audits can be arranged through your own inspection agent or compliance service. Tell us which audit standard you need and we will confirm what documentation we can supply.

What certifications do you or your fabric suppliers hold?

Certification depends on the fabric. If compliance documentation is a requirement for your market, please ask at the inquiry stage and we will confirm the status of each fabric we propose before sampling.

How long have you been manufacturing lingerie?

We have been producing lingerie and intimate apparel since 2008 – over 16 years of factory operation. The founding team came from larger Jiangsu province garment factories and set up this facility specifically for underwear and lingerie OEM. Over that period we have worked with brands across the US, UK, Australia and the Middle East, ranging from start-up private labels with 50-piece MOQs to established retailers placing 10,000-piece seasonal runs. That depth of experience is why we can advise on fit grading, fabric sourcing and compliance documentation rather than just cutting and sewing to a tech pack.

What is your factory’s production capacity?

Monthly capacity is approximately 80,000–100,000 pieces across all product lines, running two production shifts. Underwear and panties account for roughly 60% of output; bras and structured lingerie the remaining 40%. We run 12 sewing lines with a total of around 200 workers on the production floor. Peak season (September–November, ahead of holiday restocking) sees us at full capacity, so orders placed then benefit from being confirmed early. Off-peak months (February–April) have more flexibility for rush production and new style development. If your volume regularly exceeds 50,000 pieces per order, contact us to discuss capacity allocation.
