Fabric Options

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric before bulk cutting, and you get the report.

Cotton Jersey

Combed cotton or cotton-elastane. Breathable and skin-friendly. Most popular for basic everyday briefs.

Modal

Modal jersey. Ultra-soft hand-feel, natural fibre, smooth drape for higher-end lines.

Microfibre

Nylon / elastane. Smooth, seamless look under clothing. Often paired with laser-cut edges.

Stretch Lace

4-way stretch lace for full-lace or lace-panel styles. Available in plain and floral patterns.

How we keep panty bulk the same as your sample

With panties the usual complaint is a waistband that stretches out or a fabric that does not recover after washing. We treat those as separate steps from the visible-defect check.

Recovery is tested before we cut

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts. AQL inspection at the end checks visible defects.

The spec sheet ships with your goods, so your next reorder can be matched exactly.

Same batch as your sample

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

What to put on a panty tech pack

A quote and a sample go faster when these six things are on the sheet. Missing any of them is the usual reason for a second sample round. No tech pack yet? Send a reference garment or photo and we will work from that.

1. Fabric and weight

Fibre content, GSM or a swatch reference, and colour (Pantone code or physical swatch).

2. Waistband and leg finish

Exposed elastic, covered elastic, bonded or laser-cut edge, and the elastic width.

3. Gusset

Lined or unlined, lining fabric, and gusset width.

4. Fit and size chart

Size range, base size, measurements at the key points, and tolerance you accept.

5. Labels and packing

Woven label and care label position, hang tag, polybag or box, and carton marks.

6. Quantity plan

Styles and colours, units per size, and target delivery date.

What is your MOQ for panties?

50 pieces per style per colour, with sizes mixed freely across the run.

How much does it cost to manufacture panties?

Unit price depends on fabric, waistband and leg finish, and trims, so we quote from your tech pack or reference: fabric options, a unit price and a delivery window within 24 hours.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

ODM samples take 7 to 10 days and new OEM patterns 10 to 14 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Waistband elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Can you make matching bra and panty sets?

Yes. The bra and brief are graded together so lace, elastic and colour match across every size. Pair any bra construction from our bra line with a bikini, hipster or thong brief.

Do you make men’s underwear as well?

Yes. Boxer briefs, boxers, briefs and trunks are made on the same production floor. More detail is on the bulk men’s underwear page.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

Both. We quote FOB Shanghai, or DDP delivered to your door, whichever suits your import set-up.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign an NDA before spec review, and your design is not shown to other buyers.

Can you make seamless or bonded-edge panties?

Yes. For seamless-look styles we use nylon-elastane microfibre with laser-cut or heat-bonded edges. That leaves no exposed seam and no bulk under fitted clothing. Flat-seam construction is also available for a low-profile finish. Tell us the look you want and we will suggest the right construction for your fabric and style.

What reports come with a bulk order?

An AQL inspection report is included with every bulk shipment. Fabric composition details are available on request. Include a note in your enquiry and we will confirm what we can supply.
