Ordering bras and panties as a coordinated set

A coordinated set is a bra and panty made in the same fabric, colourway and trim, cut and finished in the same production run. MOQ applies per piece, so a bra-and-panty set at 50 pcs means 50 bras and 50 panties at 50 pcs each, not 50 sets total. Here are four set types and how each is specified.

Private label and branding for your wholesale range

Private label is included in the standard wholesale minimum — 50 pieces per style. There is no separate MOQ for adding your own branding. Here is what we can do and what we need from you.

Recovery is tested before we cut

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts. AQL inspection at the end checks visible defects.

The spec sheet ships with your goods, so your next reorder can be matched exactly.

Same batch as your sample

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

Five steps from your first message to goods at your door. For bras specifically, lining fabric and wire choice must be locked in step two — before cutting starts. Everything else follows the same order as any knitwear style.

Tell us: bra style + size range (band and cup); panty style + size run; fabric type; quantity per style per colour; ship destination. We reply within 24 hours with style options, fabric choices and per-piece pricing.

Confirm Spec

For bras: lock the lining fabric (cotton, mesh or microfibre), underwire or wire-free, and strap type — these cannot be changed after cutting. For panties: confirm open or closed crotch, fabric weight and rise. Branding (label, hang tag, packaging) confirmed here. NDA signed before any design files are shared.

Sample — 7–10 days

Bra and panty samples made and labelled to your spec. If ordering as a set, both pieces are produced together so the colours can be matched batch-to-batch from the start. Shipped with the full spec sheet. One free revision included.

Approve & Order

Sign off the sample and place the bulk PO. 30% deposit starts production. The sample fee is credited 100% against your order. Tell us your required ship date and we confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.

Bulk — 25–45 days

Fabric wash-tested before cutting — report sent to you. AQL inspection on completion; report before balance payment. Spec sheet ships with the goods for reorder matching. FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, or DDP to your door.

What is the minimum order for wholesale bras and panties?

50 pieces per style per colour, with sizes mixed freely across the run.

Do you hold ready-made stock?

No. Orders are made to your specification: samples take 7 to 10 days and bulk takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

We are the manufacturer. Wholesale orders come directly from our Shuyang factory with no distributor mark-up.

Can I put my own label on wholesale styles?

Yes. Private label is available on the styles we already make, and you can also bring your own design through OEM or ODM.

How much do wholesale bras and panties cost?

Unit price depends on fabric, construction and trims, so we quote per style within 24 hours.

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, and DDP delivered to your door where it suits your import set-up.

Can I order matching bra and panty sets, and does MOQ apply per piece or per set?

Yes. A coordinated set is a bra and panty produced in the same fabric, colourway and trim in the same production run. MOQ applies per piece, not per set, so ordering a bra-and-panty set means 50 pcs of the bra and 50 pcs of the panty, each at the 50-piece minimum. They are produced together and shipped together. If you want to order the bra and panty in different quantities (for example more panties than bras), that is also possible. Just specify the quantity per style in your enquiry. The bra and panty will be cut from the same fabric lot to ensure colour consistency.

How do I make sure the bra and panty fabric and colour match across a coordinated order?

For a coordinated set, the bra and panty are cut from the same fabric roll and dye lot. Even fabric from the same supplier on different rolls can have visible shade variation under retail lighting. We record the fabric lot number in the production spec, and if you reorder the same colour, we match to the original lot where it is still available. For lace sets, the lace is also cut from the same roll for both pieces. The approved sample and the bulk order use the same lot, and the lot reference is on the spec sheet that ships with your goods so your next reorder can be matched exactly.
