Private label and branding for your wholesale sports bra range

Private label is included in the standard wholesale minimum — 50 pieces per style. There is no separate MOQ for adding your own branding. For sports bras specifically, heat-transfer labels are common because they eliminate the scratchy tag against skin during exercise.

Recovery is tested before we cut

Underband elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts. AQL inspection at the end checks visible defects.

The spec sheet ships with your goods, so your next reorder can be matched exactly.

Same batch as your sample

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

Sign off the sample and place the bulk PO. 30% deposit starts production. Sample fee is credited 100% against your order. Confirm your required ship date and we verify it is achievable before you commit.

What is the minimum order for wholesale sports bras?

Do you hold ready-made stock?

No. Orders are made to your specification: samples take 7 to 10 days and bulk takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

We are the manufacturer. Wholesale orders come directly from our Shuyang factory with no distributor mark-up.

Can I put my own label on wholesale styles?

Yes. Private label is available on the styles we already make, and you can also bring your own design through OEM or ODM.

How much do wholesale sports bras cost?

Unit price depends on fabric, construction and trims, so we quote per style within 24 hours.

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, and DDP delivered to your door where it suits your import set-up.

Can I order sports bras coordinated with leggings or shorts as a matching activewear set?

Yes, although sports bras and leggings or shorts are separate production categories. The most practical approach is to specify the same Pantone colour and fabric family for both, produced in the same run so the dye lot matches. If you are sourcing leggings or shorts from us under the same order, we will cut and finish both from the same fabric batch and coordinate the production schedule so they ship together. If you are sourcing the bottoms elsewhere, provide us with the Pantone reference and a fabric swatch and we will match as closely as possible. Exact colour match across different garment categories is subject to fabric type (nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex absorb dye differently) so a colour-approval sample is recommended before bulk.

Do you produce sports bras with UPF protection or antimicrobial fabric treatment?

UPF 30 to 50+ protection is available on our nylon-spandex range, and antimicrobial treatment is available as an add-on. Tell us the UPF rating you need and we will confirm whether the selected fabric meets it as-is or needs a treatment finish. Both options require declaration on the care label and, in some markets, third-party lab testing. We can advise on test standards for your destination market. Specify these requirements at the sampling stage so they are built into the production spec from the start.
