Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts. AQL inspection at the end checks visible defects.

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

Sign off the sample and place the bulk PO. 30% deposit starts production. Sample fee is credited 100% against your order. Tell us your receiving date and we confirm it fits.

Bulk — 25–35 days

Production complete, AQL-inspected. Report sent before balance payment. Spec sheet ships with the goods for reorder matching. FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, or DDP to your door.

Private Label Finishing — What You Can Brand

Woven labels and packaging are produced and attached at our factory. No third-party finisher. Specify once at the sample stage; every reorder ships the same way.

Woven & care labels

Brand size label, care/content label and country-of-origin label stitched in during assembly. Woven labels made in-house. Compliance text for US FTC, EU or UK formatted to your market.

Printed hangtags

Custom card printed, hole-punched and attached before packing. Supply a print-ready PDF or we apply a standard template. Barcoded hangtags for retail buyers available on request.

Polybag & retail box

Clear OPP polybag included as standard. Printed branded polybag or individual retail box with your artwork from 200 pcs per style. Each unit individually bagged before carton packing.

What is the minimum order for wholesale lingerie?

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

We are the manufacturer. Wholesale orders come directly from our Shuyang factory with no distributor mark-up.

Do you sell ready-made stock, or produce to order?

Orders are produced for you: samples take 7 to 10 days and bulk takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off. Tell us your launch date in the inquiry and we will say whether it fits.

Can I put my own label on wholesale styles?

Yes. Private label is available on the styles we already make, and you can also bring your own design through OEM or ODM.

How much does wholesale lingerie cost?

Unit price depends on fabric, construction and trims, so we quote per style within 24 hours.

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, and DDP delivered to your door where it suits your import set-up.

Can I mix different product categories (bras, panties and sets) in one wholesale order and shipment?

Yes. A single wholesale order can include multiple categories (bras, panties, bralettes, sets, nightwear and men’s underwear) all produced together and consolidated into one shipment. MOQ applies per style per colour (50 pcs each), and styles ship together under one booking regardless of category. Coordinated sets (a bra and panty in the same fabric and colourway) can be ordered as a matched pair and packed together or separately depending on your retail requirement. Include your full style list in the enquiry and we will confirm production scheduling and whether all items can ship in one container.

What compliance or test documents can you provide for import?

We can provide the following depending on your destination market and requirements: country of origin declaration, fibre content and care labels formatted to US FTC, EU, or UK standards, and AQL inspection reports with each bulk order. If your retail buyer or import broker requires a specific test standard or lab report, tell us in the brief before sampling and we will confirm whether it can be arranged before production starts. Requirements vary significantly by market, so the earlier we know, the smoother the import process.
