How We Work
Six steps from your first message to finished garments at your warehouse door.

Inquiry
Tell us your product idea, target market, and expected annual volume. We will match you with the right fabric, construction, and price point and reply within one business day.
02
Selection
Browse styles and fabrics from our library of 200+ patterns, or share a reference image for us to match. We send a tech-pack draft for your review and sign-off.
03
Sampling
We produce a physical sample and ship it within 7–10 days. Check the fabric weight, colour, construction, and sizing — revisions included until you are satisfied.
04
Confirmation
We finalise fabric specs, unit pricing, MOQ, and lead time in a formal purchase order. No verbal-only agreements — everything confirmed in writing before production begins.
05
Production
Bulk production runs in our own Shuyang factory with inline QC inspections at cutting, sewing, and finishing. We share production photos and measurement reports before shipping.
06
Delivery
Garments are folded, poly-bag packed, and shipped by sea or express air with full tracking, commercial invoice, packing list, and OEKO-TEX® certificate included.
