Polyamide or polyester microfibre is the lightest option and the smoothest against skin. It is invisible under fitted clothing, quick-drying after exercise, and popular with gym and activewear brands that sell underwear as part of a performance kit.

Private label & packaging

All styles are available for private labelling. We produce woven labels in-house, which removes the typical label lead time. Custom waistband jacquard (your brand name woven into the band) is available at minimum quantities.

Packaging options: poly bag per piece, header card bag, folded with tissue, or boxed. Barcodes applied on request. Carton marks to your specification.

We do not require you to use our label. White-label, your label, or no label are all available.

What to put on a men’s underwear brief

Men’s underwear is bought on fit, fabric hand and waistband behaviour. Put these six on the sheet and the first sample usually lands in one round. A reference garment or photo is enough to start.

1. Style and fit

Boxer brief, boxer, brief or trunk; inseam or rise; pouch and fly construction.

2. Fabric

Fibre content or swatch, weight, and colour with a Pantone code or swatch.

3. Waistband

Width, plain or jacquard, and whether the brand name is woven in.

4. Size run and assortment

Size range and units per size, and carton assortment or single-size packing.

5. Label and packaging

Woven or print label, hang tag, poly bag, header card or box, barcode and carton marks.

How we keep bulk the same as your sample

The usual complaint in men’s underwear is a waistband that rolls or stretches out after washing. It does not show at inspection, so we treat it as a separate step.

Recovery is tested before we cut

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric. The report goes to you before cutting starts. AQL inspection at the end checks visible defects.

The elastic in your sample and in your bulk order comes from the same batch and dye lot.

Lock in fabric, colour (Pantone or swatch), waistband type and width. If you want a jacquard logo woven into the band, the artwork is confirmed here — this must be done before weaving starts. Label and packaging confirmed. NDA signed before we review any custom design files.

Sample made, labelled and packed to your spec and shipped. Waistband elastic recovery tested before dispatch. Jacquard checked against your artwork. One free revision included.

Sign off the sample and place the bulk PO. 30% deposit starts production. Sample fee is credited 100% against your order. Tell us your receiving date and we confirm it fits.

Do you hold ready-made stock?

No. Orders are made to your specification: samples take 7 to 10 days and bulk takes 30 to 45 days from sample sign-off.

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

We are the manufacturer. Orders come directly from our Shuyang factory with no distributor margin.

Can I use my own label and packaging?

Yes. All styles are available for private labelling, with woven or print labels. Packaging options include poly bag per piece, header card bag, folded with tissue, or boxed, and barcodes are applied on request.

How do I know bulk will match my approved sample?

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. Waistband elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

How does payment work?

30% deposit to start production. The 70% balance is due after you approve inspection.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign an NDA before spec review, and your design is not shown to other buyers.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, and DDP delivered to your door where it suits your import set-up.

Can I mix styles (boxer briefs, boxers and briefs) in one order?

Yes. A single order can include any combination of boxer briefs, boxers, briefs and trunks. MOQ applies per style per colour (50 pcs each), and all styles ship together in one carton or consolidated shipment. If you are placing a mixed order for the first time, tell us the full style and colour list in the enquiry and we will confirm production scheduling and whether all items can be cut and shipped together.

What compliance labels and documents do you produce for US, UK and EU markets?

We produce all required finished-garment labels to your destination market specification: country of origin, fibre content and care instruction symbols formatted to US FTC (Care Labeling Rule), EU Textile Regulation (EU 1007/2011), or UK equivalent. Labels are sewn in at production. Woven or print label, in the language required. We can also provide AQL inspection reports. If your retailer or import broker requires a specific test standard, let us know before sampling and we will confirm whether it can be arranged before production starts.
