Yes. That is the standard flow. We do not accept bulk orders without a sample approval. Sample cost depends on construction complexity and is quoted upfront. It is credited 100% against your bulk order when you proceed.

Microfibre (80% nylon / 20% elastane), cotton, modal, stretch lace and power mesh. For OEM orders we can also source fabric to your specific callout: mill name, fabric code, hand-feel reference or fabric swatch from your existing product.

Yes, before you share any spec or design. We do not reproduce or show your designs to other buyers. This is written into the production agreement.

Unit price depends on cup construction, fabric and trims, so we quote from your tech pack or reference: fabric options, a unit price and a delivery window within 24 hours. The sample cost is credited 100% against your bulk order.

Elastic recovery is wash-tested on the production fabric and you receive the report before cutting. The waistband elastic comes from a designated supplier, the spec sheet ships with your goods, and sample and bulk use elastic from the same batch and dye lot.

We run our own production floor in Shuyang, grade patterns in-house on our own CAD system and produce woven labels in-house. You deal with one named contact from quote to delivery.

Both. For OEM orders, send your tech pack or reference photo and we manufacture to your exact spec. Your design is reserved exclusively for your brand and never shown to other buyers. For ODM orders, choose from our 200+ existing patterns and modify fabric, colour, strap, trim or label. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): you supply the design and we produce it to your specification. Your design is exclusive to your brand. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): you select a style from our existing pattern library and customise it. Fabric, colour, strap, trim, label. ODM is faster and costs less to develop because the base pattern already exists. Both run under your private label with an NDA signed before you share anything.

Yes. We grade patterns across a full size range — including extended sizes up to 4XL — on our in-house CAD system, so grading follows your spec rather than a generic chart. The MOQ stays the same: 50 pieces per style per colour, with sizes mixed freely. You can split a run across S through 4XL without hitting a separate minimum per size.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric is available on most of our core knit ranges and is the standard most EU and UK retailers require. For US imports we provide FTC fibre content labels and CPSC-compliant test reports for the applicable categories. Factory audits can be arranged through your own inspection agent. If your platform or buyer has specific compliance requirements, flag them at quoting stage — we confirm availability and any cost impact before you commit.

Yes, both in-house. Woven labels are produced on our own jacquard loom — no outsourcing, low minimums, no added lead time. For packaging we do hang tags, poly bags, custom gift boxes and retail-ready folded packs with your branding. Send your logo and brand guidelines when you request a sample and we will include a packaging mock-up with the quote.
